Our training for professional practice, including level l, ll & lll, is accredited by the UK Reiki Federation. The reiki Experience provides Reiki Training in small groups to maximise you’re learning. You have plenty of Pauline's time, induvial support, and advice whilst meeting other like-minded individuals with whom to share your experiences. • Classes have no more than 4 Reiki student • One to one training is also available. How will a Reiki Level 1 class benefit me? • Once "attuned" you have the ability to use the Divine Reiki energy for LIFE. • Taking care of yourself is essential for living a balanced and fulfilled life. • Many of us give so much to others that we have no time left for ourselves. • Nourishing yourself with REIKI SELF TREATMENTS can transform your life. • You will learn all about the body’s CHAKRAS and AURA. Reiki Level 1 Training includes: • The History of Reiki; get inspired by how it all started. • Your First Attunement; the process which makes Reiki available to you. • Hand Positions for Self-Reiki & for giving Reiki to others; family, friends and pets.
